About Me

I’m Cathy McKeever. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have been married for 18 years to Dale Everett, of DaleMEverettArt.com. I’m a retired hotelier with a background in both operations and sales and marketing.

Once you’ve been a busy working parent, retirement is a mixed blessing. To fill my time I am a volunteer tutor for the Paradise Valley School District. I help 6th graders with reading and writing. I love the kids and we’ve adapted to virtual without too much trouble.

Video has been an interest of mine, and recording my family’s stories got me started on Family Histories, Memories on Video. I am an amateur videographer and am looking for opportunities to improve my video and story telling. Before March of 2020, I was planning to offer to make family history videos complimentary at the Via Linda Senior Center. Maybe we will get back to normal sometime in 2021!
